It includes conversations with two voices, the 'Librarian' who writes and the 'Sage' who speaks. The two personalities are complementary. Both share spiritual insights about the daily problems of life, which everyone faces.
The perspective they bring is uplifting because they are not bound by time, and understand, and explain, the continuation and development of the soul. Not just the individual soul housed in a personality, but the eternal energy of the collective Soul of mankind. This has brought me a great deal of inner peace.
